The secretary general is the administrator of the fellowship and has the following duties:
• To make all minutes of the fellowship and executive meetings
• To work closely with the chairperson and ensure that all circulars are followed up
• To record all fellowship correspondence
• To make the fellowship directory with the help of the publicity secretary and in position we have Chola Bernedate.
Bernadette Chola are my names, I am studying Environmental Engineering and currently the secretary general of the CBU-UCZ fellowship. I am the fourth born in the family of five and I believe that if or when God gives you a responsibility he wants you to do it as you.
The vision of this department is “to keep praying and learning”.
I believe with that attitude you can serve God and radiate his glory, your heart is always connected to him.
Words of encouragement to both new and old members
Keep praying and learning and when you are ready God will shoot you up like a star. God is a God of order, things don’t just happen to people, he sees what’s in the heart, but what’s in the heart depends on where you have been. Get connected to God, have a connection where by you don’t have to be stirred up by the worship team to pray in spirit and truth. Have your spirit stirred up, study the word and learn. Don’t be a person that keeps learning and never holds on to what they have been taught. Keep what you have been taught. The presence of the Lord makes beautiful, stay in his presence and when you are ready, he will shoot you up like a star. “You will radiate the glory of the Lord” only when you are found in his presence.
How your department operates:
This department works hand in hand with other fellowship departments. It is the central administration of the fellowship.

We live on our mission statement which states “An academy of divine realities.” The vision of the office is to ensure that the fellowship ground is fertile for righteous training. The office aims at projecting and aligning individuals in the realities of God’s Word. Examining everything you hear, feel and see in the Light of God’s Word. Those who ever thought they could never amount to anything in life, through this office are helped to understand and possess their inheritance in Christ Jesus. The lost find track, the lonely find companions and the needy find benefactors.
Here are some of the duties of the vice chairperson:

Encouragement to new and old members
Making up your mind to be part of this royal family, is a worthy while life decision that shall forever set you on fire for Jesus. Christianity is like a journey and only God knows the destination. It is long and sometimes frustrating, yet every part of it leads somewhere. You are a stranger on earth, hence the need for you to apply your heart to God’s manual book. It contains instructions for right living. Your destiny is not tied to any man but to God’s Word. Without the Word in your spirit, your life is doomed. Get the Word and hold on to it “lambano.” When you get hold of it, keep saying it and it will make you what it talks about.
Our eyes have seen the hand of God at work in the lives of fellowship members. The presence of the Holy Spirit is so evident in our lives. Through the working of God’s Spirit in the fellowship, healing, financial breakthrough, excellence, divine understanding in all matters and wisdom for life are just like breathing. Hallelujah!!!
The position of Chairperson involves decision making that affects the entire fellowship and to make sure every leader functions according to their responsibilities. It is some kind of Administrative work with scripture as the only doctrine and the Holy Spirit to direct every work. Discipline is one of my responsibilities to enforce on the leaders and the entire fellowship.
My names are SUWILANJI AARON MWELWA, 3rd born in the family of four males. I remember saying the salvation prayer for more than once with different people but, I remember me starting a dedicated walk with the Lord in 2004, from where God dropped a word in my spirit of manifesting his Presence in a tangible manner and to bring Hope to the hopeless, Life to the Lifeless through the knowledge of Christ Jesus. That word has driven me since then, and I’m so privileged to chair a great fellowship of World changers.
